style="">“今年7月以来，连续的干旱缺水对水稻的收成造成了一定影响，也让我有所顾虑，推迟了油菜种植计划，但是镇政府反应及时、调度有力，一方面动员我们生产自救，一方面购置抗旱水泵、打抗旱井，保障了农业灌溉用水，还预报气象防灾信息，这些都增强了我们冬种的信心。听村委会宣传，今年冬种油菜还有100元每亩的补贴政策，所以我现在要抢时间、抢天气、抢速度，抓紧把油菜籽撒到地里去。”共同村种粮大户查海南驾驶着耕地机“突突”地在田间来回穿梭翻土，他今年承包了500余亩田地，已经完成了中稻收割，现在又开始油菜籽的播撒，积极响应“稻+油”轮作政策，提高土地的利用效率，实现了“一年多季”“一田多收”的复种高产目标。</span></p><p style="">冬种油菜是我镇农户一直以来的传统，种粮大户和个体农户在完成水稻收割后都会连片种植油菜，共同村的油菜种植情况就是全镇冬种工作的缩影。今年全镇预计种植1万余亩，各村广泛宣传油菜补贴政策，使得农户们对油菜种植的热情高涨，目前已落实近5000亩。油菜作为经济作物可以为村民创造收入，还可以作为游客观赏的风景。等到来年三月，春回大地，万亩成片的油菜花竞相盛开，在阳光的照耀下，芳香扑鼻，遍地洒金，形成独特的风景，将吸引众多游客前来观光休闲。</span></p><p 今年是个特殊年，干旱特别严重；很多地方池塘干枯，严重缺水；有些地域就是播种下去了，也因水份不足而发不了芽。
