unset;">新冠疫情发生以来，党和国家始终坚持“人民至上、生命至上”，历经三年艰苦卓绝，新冠病毒已呈现新特征，防控工作转入新阶段。基于对病毒变异和传播规律的认识和把握，秉承科学精神，国家先后出台第九版防控方案、优化措施“二十条”、“新十条”等系列防控措施。为深入贯彻落实以上防控策略，进一步优化防控措施，最大程度保护人民生命安全和身体健康，最大程度统筹疫情防控和经济社会发展，现就最新病毒情况及防疫建议向全市居民广而告知：<o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: unset;"><strong>一、病毒特点</strong><o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: unset;">新冠病毒主要流行株为奥密克戎，且已进入稳定期，它的传播力增强，但毒力显著减弱。<span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><strong>本轮全国性疫情感染者绝大多数为无症状感染或轻症病例；该病为自限性疾病，感染后临床症状一般为3天左右减轻或消失，整个病程约7-10天；</strong></span>出现临床症状时，主要表现为发热、咳嗽、咽痛、肌肉酸痛，部分伴有流涕、乏力、味觉、嗅觉下降。基于以上情况，面对奥密克戎，广大居民无需过度恐慌，应增强信心、相信科学、积极应对。<o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: unset;"><strong>二、预防措施</strong><o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: unset;">每个人都是自己健康安全的第一责任人，保护自己就是保护家人！全市居民应继续做好个人防护，少聚集、戴口罩、勤洗手、常通风、保持社交距离，遵守咳嗽礼仪。“一老一小”以及孕产妇、有基础病症等重点人群应减少外出，尽量不到人员密集的公共场所。<o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: unset;"><strong>三、核酸检测</strong><o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: unset;">我市将继续保留常态化核酸检测点，方便广大居民采样检测。为避免造成医疗资源浪费以及群体交叉感染，<span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><strong>建议全市居民“非必要，不检测”。</strong></span>出现上述临床症状或确有工作、出行等必要的，<span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><strong>可自主前往市人民医院、中医医院等自费检测，收费标准参照相关规定执行，单人单检15元/人。</strong></span><o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: unset;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>四、医疗救治</strong></span><o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: unset;">对经核酸检测确定的新冠病毒感染者，实行分级分类收治。具体如下：<o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: unset;">1.具备居家隔离条件的无症状感染者或轻症病例，原则上居家隔离，也可按“自愿、知情、同意”的原则，向所在乡镇、社区（村组）提出书面申请，进入“定点医院”或“亚定点医院”进行医学观察。<strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">“定点医院”或“亚定点医院”收费和报销按医保相关政策执行。</span></strong>确需进入“定点医院”或“亚定点医院”的对象，鼓励做好个人防护、闭环自驾前往；如确需120转运，按相关标准收费。<o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: unset;">2.对于没有基础疾病的中青年人，出现轻微的呼吸道症状且不影响正常生活时，不建议自行服药，多休息、多喝水，等待自愈即可。如出现较为严重症状，可自主使用缓解不适症状的药物对症治疗，如：呼吸道症状可服用复方感冒药(非处方，如泰诺、白加黑、康泰克等)，影响睡眠、休息可服用退烧药或解热镇痛药(非处方，如乙酰氨基酚等)，乏力伴胃肠不适可服用藿香正气胶囊，乏力伴咽干可服用金花清感颗粒，大便干结可服用连花清瘟胶囊、疏风解毒胶囊等。<o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: unset;">3.儿童及青少年，孕妇，哺乳期母亲，有基础疾病患者，肝肾功能异常，胃肠道疾病等特殊人群选择药物前应先咨询医生。<o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: unset;">4.我市防治药物储备充足，可保障全市居民正常用药需求，广大居民无需大量囤积，可视情况适当采购。<o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: unset;">5.<span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><strong>出现高热超过3天仍未缓解，除发烧外其他症状越来越重，有明显呼吸急促、憋喘（尤其是活动后憋气的情况）情况的，应立即前往定点医院（市人民医院发热门诊）就诊。</strong></span><o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: unset;">6.有特殊就医需求的居民，可致电各级指挥部或医疗机构24小时民生服务热线，我们将为您开通“绿色通道”，全力提供就医保障。联系方式附后。<o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: unset;"><strong>五、居家隔离</strong><o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: unset;">1.最好单独居住。如与家人同住，应单人单间。<o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: unset;">2.与其他家庭成员近距离接触时，必须规范佩戴口罩。<o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: unset;">3.做好健康监测，一旦出现发热、干咳、乏力、咽痛、嗅(味)觉减退、腹泻等可疑症状，应及时报告社区（村组）管理人员。<o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: unset;">4.配合属地乡镇、社区（村组）做好核酸检测采样。<o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: unset;">5.居家隔离人员和共同居住者在居家隔离期间不得外出，因就医等外出应及时报告社区（村组）管理人员，专人专车、做好个人防护。<o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: unset;">6.保持居室勤开窗通风，做好家居日常清洁及卫生间、浴室等共享区域消毒。<o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: unset;">7.生活垃圾装入塑料袋，放置到专用垃圾桶。<o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: unset;"><strong>六、疫苗接种</strong><o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: unset;">接种新冠疫苗可显著降低感染后发生重症概率，极大降低疾病致死率。全市所有符合条件的人群尤其是老年人和儿童应尽快完成免疫接种，切实做到“应接尽接、应接快接”，加快构筑群体免疫屏障。您的早一分接种，自己多一分安心，家人少一分忧心！<o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom:
