<p style="text-align: justify;margin: 8px 0px 0px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);text-decoration: none;font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;">二是坚决打好森林防火持久战。</span></strong><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);text-decoration: none;font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;">深刻认识当前防火的严峻形势，严格落实全市森林防火“十二条措施”等野外火源管理规定，充分发挥林长制“一长两员”网格化巡山护林作用，加大日常巡护巡查力度。一是要深入开展森林火灾隐患排查和查处违规用火行为等专项行动，加大违法违规用火行为查处力度，加大对“六类”(痴、呆、弱、病、老、幼)人员管控；二是要全覆盖、高频度、多形式地开展森林防火宣传活动，在森林火险等级3级(含3级)以上时，对进入林区的游客、登山爱好者、驴友、房车进行拦截、劝返工作；三是要按照辖区属地管理原则，层层压实各方责任。牯岭镇政府全面统筹庐山景区森林防火工作。全面落实行业管理责任、林权单位主体责任以及巡山护林员的森林防火职责，特别是要全面压实国有林权单位、乡（镇）、村主体责任，确保责任落实到人到山头，真正做到山有人看、林有人护、火有人管、责有人担。</span>
