<p style="text-align:justify;font-size: 14px;letter-spacing: 1.5px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;">座谈会上，卢华林就庐山云雾茶的茶文化、茶产业、茶科技三方面进行了详细的介绍，并就品牌创建和知识产权保护的难点要点进行汇报。张红雄仔细聆听，提出建议：一是希望茶叶协会加大庐山云雾茶的品牌宣传力度，扩大知名度；二是法院同茶叶协会多开展知识产权普法宣传，树立知识产权保护意识；三是严厉打击商标侵权行为，依法保护庐山云雾茶相关知识产权。

<p style="text-align:justify;font-size: 14px;letter-spacing: 1.5px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;">会后，张红雄一行来到庐山市东林雨露电子商务有限公司的生产基地，实地查看茶叶生产线，了解生产工艺，并对企业创新品牌机制，扩大生产规模，推动茶、文、旅深度融合，提升茶叶产业文化所做出的努力表示高度认可。同时要求法院应与市场和质量监督管理局加强沟通，保护民营企业合法权益，营造良好的法治化营商环境。
