宋体;">盛琴琴，女，汉族，1986年2月出生，一级教师，庐山市第三小学语文教师。自2007年参加工作以来，她始终热爱教师这个职业，在工作中，认真贯彻党的教育方针，切实履行教书育人的职责，先后荣获九江市“小学语文教研工作先进个人”、庐山市“师德师风先进个人”等称号。</span></p></section></section></section><p style="text-indent:32px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">一、严于律己，身正为范</span></p><p style="text-indent: 32px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;font-family: 宋体;">“德为师之本”，作为一名教师，自身的师德修养是最重要的。教师的职业不仅仅像蜡烛，更应该像泥土，使每一颗种子都能从中汲取丰富的营养而健康成长。从教十六年来，盛老师都是以饱满的热情投入工作，工作中能顾全大局，服从各项工作安排，从无怨言。她不管是在工作中还是在生活中，都时时刻刻提醒自己以模范遵守新时代中小学教师十项行为准则，爱岗敬业践行教师职业道德规范。严格要求自己，忠于党的教育事业，端正师德师风，争做新时代“四有”好老师。日常要求学生做到的，她总是自己首先做到，始终坚守以身作则、言传身教。用自己的人格魅力去打动人、感染人，树立为教育事业无私奉献的崇高理想和高度负责的敬业精神。把自己对学生的爱，对事业的执着，化为自觉的行动。</span></p><section 作为班主任，盛老师秉承“严师、慈母、挚友”的教育理念，她常说“作为老师，尤其是班主任老师，关心学生的学习、生活是应尽的义务，对待学生要像对待自己的孩子一样。”她不仅这样说，她也是这样做的。看到有孩子衣着不整齐，她会上前帮忙整理；看到哪个孩子脸色不好，她会亲切的询问“哪儿不舒服？”及时了解情况；天气变凉了，她会提醒孩子们增添衣物；发现有孩子情绪不对，她会第一时间与家长取得联系，了解情况，细心地开导；每一次大扫除，她都和孩子们一起干得热火朝天；每天放学她都是最后一个离开教室，只有当孩子们都安全走出校门她才放心回家</span><span 16px;">老师现在所带的三年级班上有一个小男生，平时特别得调皮，在校经常与同学发生矛盾。经盛老师多方面了解后知晓，因家长工作繁忙对孩子疏于管教，平时孩子在家只要不听话就会暴力相向，很少耐心教导，这也就导致孩子行为举止很是暴力，不服管教。针对于这种情况，盛老师主动亲近孩子，走进孩子的心灵，聆听他的心声。慢慢地，孩子向老师闯开心扉，盛老师因势利导，因材施教，从规范他的行为举止入手，悉心教导，可以说是那段时间除了上课，盛老师走到哪就把他带到哪，关心孩子的一举一动，抓住一切机会对孩子的不良行为进行修正。还记得孩子第一次低下头承认“老师我错了，我改正行吗？我一定做到知错能改，好吗？”盛老师脸上那欣慰的笑容，经过一个学期的悉心教育，孩子发生了明显的变化，行为变得温驯起来，家长也目睹了孩子的变化不止一次地向盛老师表示感谢。盛老师用爱与耐心温暖了孩子的心灵，赢得了学生的尊敬、家长的信任。</span></span></p><section
