<p style="text-align:justify;color: rgb(51, 51, 51);font-size: 14px;text-shadow: none;letter-spacing: 1.5px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;">庐山环境资源法庭自2019年12月18日成立以来，深入贯彻习近平生态文明思想和习近平法治思想，积极践行“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念，围绕庐山生态环境保护、旅游发展需求，按照惩治与预防并重，生态保护与经济发展共生的思路，结合实际创新工作机制，加强环境资源审判工作力度，加大对庐山生态环境资源司法保护力度，推进生态修复多样化发展，为庐山健康和谐绿色发展提供强有力的司法保障。三年来，我们持续加强环境资源法庭建设、不断提升案件审判质效、深入开展各项法治宣传活动，创建了富有特色的“五化”庐山模式。

<p style="text-align:justify;color: rgb(51, 51, 51);font-size: 14px;text-shadow: none;letter-spacing: 1.5px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;">一是重拳严惩盗伐、滥伐林木、非法采矿常发多发破坏庐山生态违法犯罪。二是在处罚方面积极探索“替代性修复”，与江西思华生态环境保护基金会合作，有效开展修复活动，确保生态环境修复取得实效。三是深化“五化”模式，创新生态修复举措，守护大美庐山。四是深入挖掘环资典型案例，突显环资案件典型的法律意义和社会意义。五是深度融合环资审判和庐山人文，将保护庐山老别墅融入环资审判工作中，充分发掘庐山别墅的建筑美学价值和文化价值。
