16px;">宁老师双十年华便投身特殊教育事业，到如今已经是执教的第十三个年头了。这十余年的教学生涯，她挂在嘴边最多的一句话便是“难，太难了，但还得做！”是啊，怎么不难呢？教学条件有限，师资力量薄弱，学生参差不齐，家长故步自封，作为班主任的宁老师不得不一手抓。记得生娃初期，她总是忙得脚不沾地，甚至产假期间还来学校工作。为了提高自己，她从未落下过学习，遇到培训必定参加，碰上比赛从不推辞，每一本教科书都翻得卷边磨破了。</span></p><p 16px;">常有人对她说：“这么辛苦这么累，做一天和尚撞一天钟不好吗？”宁老师也想躺平，可她的眼前总会浮现一张稚嫩的脸庞，她忘不了童年的玩伴，忘不了玩伴隐忍的泪花，紧抿的双唇，双手局促地抓揉衣裤的样子。因为他是一个聋哑人，当时大伙都笑话他，都不愿跟他玩。随着年岁的增长，宁老师愈来愈明白，也愈感到悲哀和沉痛。也就是这样，一颗种子埋在心间，于是，上大学的时候，她毫不犹豫地选择了特教专业。她想抱抱那些特殊的孩子，想夸夸他们也很可爱，这就是宁老师专注热爱特教的初心。十多年来，她为了一群折翼天使初心如磐，笃行致远。</span></p><section 16px;">昙花一现，等待了整个白昼，蝉鸣一夏，蛰伏了好几个四季。特殊学生的每一步成长，饱含了特教老师的心血。宁老师的<span style="font-family: Calibri;">13</span>年，<span style="font-family: Calibri;">4745</span>天，<span style="font-family: Calibri;">113976</span>个小时，是白驹过隙的人生中分量不轻的一纪，而她全数奉献给了学生。学生也总是亲切地称呼她为“宁妈妈”，“宁妈妈”不仅是家中两个孩子的“妈妈”，也是阳光班<span style="font-family: Calibri;">40</span>多个孩子的“妈妈”。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 37px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;font-size: 16px;">在教学上，宁老师是个负责的“妈妈”，悉心教导，诲人不倦。刚进校园时，有的孩子语言有障碍，握笔都不会，更不要说识字，而今不仅能把字写得有模有样，还能组词、造句。孩子的点滴进步都实属不易，哪怕是一个简单的发音也要学一个星期，有的甚至要训练一两个月。另外，宁老师会根据学生的能力分层教学，小到洗漱穿衣，抹桌扫地，大到种植烹饪，陶艺制衣，努力发掘孩子的闪光点，培养他们的生活技能。已经毕业的几个孩子都在从事缝纫工作，用微笑面对生活，用自己的双手创造价值！</span></p><section 16px;">在生活上，宁老师是个心细的“妈妈”，谁都知道，“三头六臂、火眼金睛、金刚不坏”是她的标签。天气冷了，她要给孩子们添加衣；天气热了，她要提醒孩子们喝点绿豆汤；天晴了，她要帮孩子们晒床褥子；天下雨了，她要叮嘱孩子们小心滑倒。反正呢，“要字诀”就是宁老师的法宝，“三头六臂”就是宁老师的法相。而金刚不坏之身，就是宁老师的法身了。有的孩子有自伤和暴力的倾向，为了制止而不伤害孩子，宁老师身上总是带点伤、挂点彩的。班上小灿是个“火药桶”，不能接受别人说他一句不好，否则推桌摔椅，拳头相向。每逢他与学生有不愉快时，宁老师就把他拥进怀里安抚他，任他的拳头打在身上，轻声细语哄着他，等他情绪稳定后，再和他讲道理。经宁老师的耐心教导，小灿有了明显地改变，再也不会“一点就着”了。</span></p><section 班上还有个别孩子由于行动不便只能在家学习，因此，需要定期送教上门。小蔡平时跟爷爷奶奶一起住，由于自闭症从不与人交流，却盼着宁老师上门，因为那是小蔡最快乐的时光。宁老师无论刮风下雨、酷暑严寒，送教从未间断，每次送教结束，小蔡都是依依不舍。宁老师心系每一位“折翼天使”，将特殊的爱献给这些特殊的孩子，她爱生如子，润物无声，她用真切的行动告诉每一个孩子：成长路上，你不孤单，老师一直陪伴在你左右。栉风沐雨，前行路上，多方慷慨襄助。每年，宁老师都会带着孩子们参加各种社会活动，踏青出游、舞台表演，人文观赏。至今，孩子们的欢声萦绕在耳，孩子们的笑语浸润心。</span></p><section
