6月13日,我校心理老师卢老师在班会课的时间利用学校广播系统为全校学生开展了一堂“减压赋能,轻松迎考”为主题的心理健康讲座活动。卢老师从心理学专业的角度,详细地阐述了“考前焦虑”的原因,说明存在考前焦虑是一种正常现象,引导学生透过现象看本质,努力缓解考试的焦虑;其次,通过生动案例告诉学生对待焦虑的正确态度,调整自身对焦虑的认知,学会驾驭情绪并告知学生书写治疗法是缓解现阶段焦虑的有效途径。卢老师深入浅出的讲解,使学生对考前的焦虑有了新的认识,进而增强了学生挑战困难的自信心,激发了学生超越自我的斗志。
