这是我从教的第七个年头，前六年我在蓼南乡中心幼儿园，从开始步入这个行业的忐忑不安到很快适应环境，这一切的动力都来源于天真可爱的孩子们。记得，当时我带的是大班，与大班的孩子相处其实更像是朋友之间的交流，他们会去关注老师的一举一动，甚至于当自己都没发现的小情绪，他们都能从我的脸上第一时间发现，并陪我聊天、安慰我。他们最喜欢说的事情就是“杨老师，你好厉害呀；杨老师，你好漂亮吖；杨老师，你扎得辫子真的很好看！”是的，他们用纯真的笑脸、可爱的语言治愈了我，让我发现作为一位幼儿老师也很幸福。付出的点点滴滴都映在孩子们星星般的眼睛里，我与孩子共同成长，让我感受到相互给予带来的爱和温暖。</p></section></section></section></section><section 在2022年8月，我通过进城考调，进入到了庐山市第三幼儿园。说实话，乡下跟城里模式真的不一样，来到这里才发现自己所学太少，但是我们的周园长每次都会告诉我们：慢慢来，不着急，总是很耐心地鼓励我们，信任我们，让我有了更大的学习动力，在每周的教研和业务学习中，我总是很认真准备好我教学反思，提出我的教学疑惑，分享我的教学策略，在这样的氛围下，我和同事们都得到了提升，能够将“以游戏为基本活动”的理念贯穿在各个活动中，孩子们也在我创设的游戏情境中不仅得到了锻炼同时获得了快乐，我也享受到了成功的甜蜜。</p></section></section><section 每当清晨进入美丽的三幼，看到一张张明媚的笑脸，一个个生龙活虎的身影，听到一声声清脆有礼的问候，在这里的无论是老师还是小朋友，都充满着朝气。</p><p style="text-align: justify;text-wrap: wrap;"> 记得有过这样一段经历，刚带小班的时候由于孩子年龄小，生活自理能力差，常常有尿裤子的情况发生，冬天由于孩子穿的衣服都比较厚实，需要老师耐心教导，提供帮助才能把裤子穿好。有一次性格内向的魏清诺还是把裤子不小心弄湿了，她用小心翼翼的眼神看着我，生怕被批评。我安慰她：“没关系！你已经很棒了，杨老师相信下次你会表现得更好。”并且给她换上了干净的裤子，之后几次上厕所我都会关注她，有了老师的陪伴和关爱她变得更加勇敢了，常常能听到她响亮的谈笑声。</p></section></section><section
