16px;">自2022年7月“双安”工程以来，大部分老年人选择安置在沙湖山岛上安置小区内，其中很多是高龄、空巢、行动不便的老年人群体。为切实解决这类人群独自在家“吃饭难”问题，沙湖山管理处积极探索“党建引领+社会化运营”模式，在生态安置小区内全力打造幸福食堂，以优惠的价格、丰富的菜品、舒适宽敞的用餐环境，为老年人提供家门口用餐服务，用心用情办好民生“食”事。</span></p></section></section><section 16px;"><strong>一是做足调研工作，托起民生福祉。</strong>充分发挥统筹协调作用，组织包挂楼栋的处村干部、红色楼栋长等上门入户开展走访调研，摸清老年群体基本情况，针对老年人实际需求提供相应健康餐。按照老年人年龄划分，制定65-70岁每月300元、70岁以上每月200元的中晚餐用餐标准，保证小区各类老年群体“吃得称心、吃得暖心”。<strong>二是提供助餐服务，延伸惠民广度。</strong>坚持食堂公益性原则，合理设置食堂管理员和党员志愿者，对有需求的居民采用送饭上门的服务形式，不断提升为老助餐服务质量。同时，食堂根据老年人实际需求，制定“一周不重样，周周有新品”菜品制度，科学地配餐，打造特色老年餐。<strong>三是拓展服务模式，构建治理格局。</strong>整合现有资源，因地制宜提供农村养老服务。积极延伸拓展幸福食堂新功能，在确保老年人基本用餐基础上，有机融合颐养之家各项功能室，全方位为老年人提供志愿服务、休闲娱乐、医疗健康等志愿服务，实现老有所依、老有所乐。</span></p></section></section></section></section><section
