normal;">“爱每一个孩子，让每一个孩子像大树一样成长”是她的教育理念。将近二十年的从教生涯中，她一直秉着爱生如子的原则，不管面对什么样的幼儿，都把爱心奉献给他（她）们，让“爱”成为教育教学的“武器”。将近二十年来，这种良好的“爱心教育”方式，为社会培养出了一批又一批合格的幼儿学生。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: 2em;">李莉，女，汉族，1984年8月生，江西省共青城市人，大学本科学历，中共党员，2004年参加工作，现任庐山市中心幼儿园副园长、教师。</span><br/></p><p style="white-space: normal;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"><strong>一、以爱为器，以爱导育</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;"> “爱在当爱处，爱在细微中，爱在教育里”，这是很多在中心幼儿园学习的幼儿家长对李老师的评价。众所周知，幼儿园是我们人生中进入知识学习和社会学习的第一扇“大门”，在这里的三年时间，对孩子的一生起到了关键的奠基作用，把一个对世界充满好奇又充满陌生的学龄前孩童，培养成有正确思想、良性思维、积极乐观、能好好学习的合格小学生，幼儿教师的付出非常多。在中心幼儿园从教的这十几年里，李老师始终像“妈妈”一样的爱每一个孩子。她从来不会因为孩子们的理解能力弱、服从性差、调皮而生气，有时候遇到孩子耍“小性子”、“搞小破坏”，她也总是充满耐心地去教、哄、引导、帮助他（她）们，在她的“爱”的包围中，让一个个“淘气包”变成了好好学习、好好游戏的乖宝宝。每天早上和放学时，她都会早早地守在幼儿园的门口，守着她的“宝宝们”安全进园、出园，这些守护，她十几年如一日得坚持了下来。以至于她自己的孩子和丈夫有时候都会调侃地说她“偏心”、“不顾家”！</p></section><section normal;">我能做什么？幼儿老师可以做到什么？怎么样才能更好的做好工作？做为一名有多年党龄的共产党员，这是李老师常常思考的问题。在她的职业生涯中，努力去做、努力去做到、努力去做好，是她的职业发展方向。2018年，她的孩子正在上初二，也正是需要她这位做老师的妈妈加强辅导和帮助的时候，她却因为工作需要，随着几位骨干教师，远赴新疆克州阿克陶县映山红（原第二双语）幼儿园开展千校“手拉手”交流活动，在活动中，她呈送的听音识谱打击乐教学，让所有师生受益匪浅。2020年新冠疫情爆发后，做为负责幼儿园安全的分管领导，她始终冲在最前面，不管是学校的疫情摸底，还是幼儿园防疫防控的具体工作落实，都有她匆忙的身影，在她和全园师生的共同努力下，幼儿园创下了0感染、0事件的佳绩，得到了各级领导的高度肯定。课余时间，她还积极参加和组织各项公益活动，时刻以一名共产党员、一名合格的人民教师的初心使命去做到、做好每一件事。</p></section><section normal;">在工作中，她在努力学习实践的同时，也积极向同行、老前辈探讨请教，认真分析在教学中发现的问题，研究出更好的解决方式和办法，经过不断的努力和探索，她在教学工作中取得了一系列较好的教育实践，她撰写的《给孩子多一点鼓励》等多个观察案例，先后获得市级省级嘉奖。在课余时间，她也会把教学、教研中的一些心得、体会写成论文，与大家分享。十余年来，她先后撰写发表了十余篇如《如何培养小学生的数学语言》《如何培养小学生的散发思维》《浅谈培养小学生数学的思维能力》《试论家庭教育》《浅谈如何对幼儿进行安全教育》《浅谈游戏在幼儿教育中重要性及应用策略分析》等有关幼儿教育教学方面的论文，得到了各级教育主管部门肯定和嘉奖。</p></section><section
