normal;">阳文文老师认为做一个富有爱心的教师，就必须走进学生的情感世界，就必须把学生当作朋友，去感受他们的喜怒哀乐。同时，阳老师还认为爱学生要以尊重和依赖为前提，要做到严中有爱、严中有章、严中有信、严中有度。她经常从小处着手，以小观大，见微知著，从学生关心的事中寻求最佳的教育时机，因势利导，给学生春风化雨的教诲。在生活上，她更是一位慈爱的老师，她会一一给生病的孩子分发药，看着生病的孩子吃完药，她才放心；每天的午休，她都会亲自看着孩子们休息，然后再回到办公室书写教案、办公。作为班主任，教育学生时，她更是认为“要想正人，必先正己”，所以，当她要求学生努力学习时，她首先做到了忘我的工作态度和刻苦钻研的精神；当教育学生热爱劳动时，她没有指手划脚、拈轻怕重，而是和学生一起参与劳动的全过程；当叮嘱学生遵守纪律时，她首先做到了遵守校纪班规……最终，有学生主动弯腰拣废纸了；有学生早晚主动开关电灯了；有学生主动下课为学困生讲题了……从学生身上看到了她的影子，同时也验证了“言传身教、身行一例、胜似千言”的至理名言。</p></section><section
