sans-serif;">第一次在上课有孩子吵闹时不是大声说安静，而是准确叫出他的名字时，我看到他有点愣住，眼睛一眨不眨地看着我，迷糊着一边坐正身子闭上嘴，旁边小男孩惊讶的小声说，“老师知道你的名字!我还以为老师不认识我们呢!”</span></p><p style="padding-right: 5px;padding-left: 5px;outline: 0px;text-align: 观察是第二步，我认为判断事物不能简单粗暴，应该更细致地观察。有的孩子趴在桌上写作业，提醒几次也不说话不回应，我蹲下来与他视线持平，看着他的眼睛问他是否身体不适或是其他原因，有的孩子会指指自己不舒服的地方，有的孩子依旧不说话，下课时，这个孩子一个人收拾书包走出教室，我快步追上去问他情况，没人处他才小声告诉我哪里不舒服。有时候孩子会有些难以启齿，不希望被其他人知道的事情，而当他表现得与平常不一样时，我们就需要留心注意，不要轻易否定孩子认为孩子不听话。</span></p><p 认真是第三步，上课时我神采飞扬，想要把自己的感悟感想全部教给他们，带他们从书本中发现生活，又从生活中学到知识，我第一次看到孩子的眼睛里亮晶晶，以前书上写“眼睛里满是对知识的渴望”，我质疑是否能真实存在，现在我可以很肯定的说，只要课讲的好，里面的知识有用，你就可以从孩子的眼睛里看到一片星空。为人师，最大的成就感莫过于教授的知识能为学生所用，能看到学生成长，能看到学生变化。我很欣喜地发现我见证了部分孩子的改变，可能很微小，但足以让我感到骄傲。</span></p><p style="outline: 0px;line-height: 21px;color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">自愿进行社会公共利益服务而不获取任何利益、金钱、名利的活动者。</span></strong>”而在我心中志愿者则是一个神圣的名词，是参与对象的象征，是爱心的代言，是乐于奉献自己不计得失的体现，是没有报酬，没有花环的一种默默奉献。</span></p><p 0px;">7月3日</span>开始，我参加了长达一月的爱心学堂志愿服务活动，成为了一名大塘村“童心港湾”志愿者老师。在这里我能看到稚嫩的学生在教室认真的学习，在空场上自由的奔跑与打闹；我能听到可爱又有礼貌的学生亲切的向我问好；我能享受到上课时与学生们一起沉浸在快乐的学习氛围中；一下课就围着我开心地转。学生们都还小，他们是多么的天真单纯，他们渴望看到新的世界，而尽我所力教他们知识和开拓他们眼界的同时，也让我学有所成，学有所乐。从最开始进入新环境的陌生与彷徨到最后分别的熟悉与不舍，亲爱的小朋友们带给了我最新奇的体验和最难忘的回忆。当然这次体验让我有了机会，把自己掌握的知识落实到实际生活中，有了一个展现自我能力的机会，同时也提高了我的社会经验，让我在成长道路上挂上了一道彩虹。</span></p><p 21px;">我明白做志愿者是一件很困难的事情，要具备一定的知识与能力，有不怕吃苦和坚持到底的决心，还要有一颗感恩他人，乐于奉献的心。在参加志愿者面试的时候，我花了一些时间去做准备，做了我的第一份应聘简历，也一度担心自己会不会通过。就如在给学生们上课的时候，会因为学生的顽皮无纪律而烦恼，不知所措；也会因为自己的能力浅薄，未能给学生们带来最优化的乐趣而低落；还会因为自己的疏忽，没有完成好相关的志愿工作而感到懊悔。通过社会实践活动，我认识到了社会的真实一面，社会实践给生活在都市象牙塔中的我供给了广泛接触社会、了解社会的机会。对于一个大学生而言，敢于接受挑战是一种基本的素质，通过社会实践可以让自己更进一步了解社会，在实践中增长见识，锻炼自己的才干，培养自己的韧性。</span></p><p sans-serif;">首先，老师的第一要务肯定是讲课，传授知识，可是爱心学堂汇集了一年级到初中各个年级的学生，怎样让大部分同学感兴趣成了一个很难抉择的问题。我的办法是从历史出发，从名人出发，以唐诗巅峰的李白，和宋词的代表苏轼出发，给孩子们讲讲文化，讲讲诗词。剩余时间就讲讲遇见火灾、溺水等情况时的自救举措，这些都超越了年级，是每个孩子都能听得懂，感受得到的。</span></p><p style="outline: 0px;text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px;line-height: 21px;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> 其次，处理孩子间的矛盾也是一门必修课。孩子多了，也就多了争执，有的采取的是暴力的方式，我对此的解决措施是先把双方拉开，分别询问情况，边安抚情绪，边向周围的孩子了解全貌，然后逐个击破，让双方认识到自己的错误，实在解决不了的，性格太暴躁极端的只能让家长来处理了，自己处理很容易让事态愈发的激烈，不过在等家长的过程中一定要看住，不然让他动起手来，事情可能就更严重了</span></p><p style="outline: 0px;text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px;line-height: 21px;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> 最后，处理与孩子间的关系是很重要的。课堂上老师一定要有威严，不能任由孩子们在自己的课堂上肆意聊天，守住自己的三尺讲台的分量，在下课的时候可以和孩子们打成一片，可以跟他们一起打打羽毛球，下下棋，恩威并施下方为良师。一味地纵容孩子，不仅对自己的讲课会有影响，对孩子们习惯的养成也是不利的。</span></p><p style="outline: 0px;text-align:
