#FFFFFF;">为维护第四届庐山国际爱情电影周期间庐山地区空中安全，杜绝各类违法违规飞行活动，确保电影周安全顺利举行，根据《中华人民共和国刑法》《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》相关法律法规规定，现就我山加强“低慢小”航空器飞行管控有关事项通告如下：</span></p><p><strong>一、管控区域和时间：</strong></p><p>（一）庐山牯岭街心公园：</p><p style="text-align:justify;"> 1、以街心公园为中心，半径1公里（含）以内,真高1000米(含)以下范围内。</p><p> 2、管控时段：：2023年8月22日14：00至2023年8月22日22时。</p><p>（二）庐山植物园：</p><p style="text-align:justify;"> 1、以庐山植物园为中心，半径1公里（含）以内,真高1000米(含)以下范围内。</p><p> 2、管控时段：2023年8月22日13时30分至2023年8月22日16时30分。</p><p><strong>二、管控对象</strong></p><p style="text-align:justify;"> “低慢小”航空器，指飞行高度低、飞行速度慢、雷达反射面积小的航空器，主要包括：无人机、轻型和超轻型飞机、轻型直升机、滑翔机、三角翼、滑翔伞、动力伞、热气球、飞艇、航空航天模型、空飘气球等。</p><p><strong>三、管控措施</strong></p><p style="text-align:justify;"> 1、在上述管控区域和时段内，禁止一切“低慢小”航空器飞行、施放。涉及现场新闻、应急救援、警务执勤等飞行须经第四届庐山国际爱情电影周安全保卫组同意后方可组织飞行。</p><p style="text-align:justify;"> 2、对于违法违规飞行行为，由有关部门依法制止、驱离、迫降，并依据相关法律法规予以处罚；情节严重构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。</p><p
