2px;">上流泗桥安置区小巷位于消防救援大队以东、上桥李廉租房以西、平安路以北范围，安置南康镇四联村上流泗桥、温泉镇钱湖村李渤垅和原砖瓦厂等地群众近百户。改造前，房屋年久失修、雨污水横流、车行人行配套设施缺损、停车位严重不足、环境脏乱差，让居民常常感到无奈。项目总投资700余万元，主要包括：一是房屋外立面喷涂真石漆美化出新；二是完善车行道、人行道、路基等配套设施，修整破旧路面并拓宽，铺设沥青13500立方米，铺设路沿石1800米、火烧板3660平米，修建挡土墙和护栏360米，修整完善雨水沟、污水管道2670米，铺设草坪1860平米，安装路灯21座，实现美化绿化亮化；三是开展房前屋后环境整治，拆除乱搭乱建铁皮棚、阳光房等26个；四是改造停车位86个，规范整治强弱电管线，使居民居家停车出行更方便、更安全、更舒适。项目优化了人居环境，提升了小巷功能品质，满足了居民生活需求，增强了群众获得感、幸福感和满意度。</span><span
