16px;">集镇片区项目总投资约3000万元，规划面积472亩。主要有集镇环境整治工程、农贸市场改造、党群服务中心等项目。一、高标准规划。为更好地适应温泉镇发展的要求，聘请高水平设计单位对集镇进行设计，规划的功能分区进一步优化，为集镇建设提供了明确的方向。二、完善基础设施。对建筑外立面，道路铺装、城市家具、公共设施进行建设，美化及改造房屋70余栋，拆临拆违30余处，栽植香樟等绿化树木近1000棵，安装路灯100余盏，污水管网改造约10公里，集镇范围内的道路全部实现了白改黑。三、丰富集镇功能。区域内农贸市场设有水产、肉类、果蔬、冷冻食品及各类禽肉、蔬菜销售摊位，并设有安全出入口和通道，卫生、排水、通风、消防等设施。党群服务中心主要功能有综治中心、信访接待、警务室、妇女儿童之家、颐养之家食堂、老年活动中心、老年体协、便民服务中心、杏林驿站以及村办公场所等。集镇内丰富的设施不仅方便了群众办事，更丰富了群众的日常生活，提升了群众的满足感幸福感。</span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><section 16px;">山里唐村庄位于温泉镇通书院村内，面朝大佛，背靠黄垅山脉，小溪环村而行，村内果树繁茂，村外环绕艺术田园，与105国道山林相隔，集闹中取静、禅养康养为一体的乡间桃源。村庄共有山林1542亩，村庄人口186人，田亩83亩，有房屋42栋。温泉镇乡村民宿发展实施“五大工程”，围绕“东林大佛”一大核心，树立“产业升级+旅游提质”两大目标，构建“农业+旅游+民宿”三大产业体系，促进“闲置农房和闲置宅基地盘活+农民就近就业+农副产品销售+村集体经济提升”四大带动，实现“品牌+品相+品味+品质+品韵”五大提升。真正做到“香客变游客”，“产品变礼品”。目前村庄流转了21栋房屋，整体进行塑特色、显山水、提品质、兴业态改造。整体设计规划包括入口集散区、田园风光区、公共配套服务区、竹林休闲区的禅养旅游区，以及宿花间、隐竹间、归田间三大民宿住宅区。计划2023年完成民宿核心区房屋改造提升落地，投入运营客房30间，2024年达到客房70间以上，带动村民就业100人以上，预计营收1000万以上。</span><span
