2px;">蛟塘集镇总面积0.7平方公里，常住人口4000人左右，整体呈现三纵三横的格局，2023年启动美丽集镇建设，制定了“五化同行”的标准，建设了“三场两院一中心”。“五化同行”即道路黑化（柏油化），集镇柏油道路5.2公里，做到了集镇全覆盖；环境美化，改造房屋610栋，其中对294栋安装，檐廊2200米，共新建坡屋顶6万平方，打造节点6个，外墙真砂漆7万平方，安装窗花1万5千平方，新建人行道7000米近3万平方，新建污水主管道6270米，污水支管9500米，雨水管道8100米，放置三格式分类垃圾桶56个；路灯亮化，新增戏曲元素“帽绒球”路灯100盏，其中智慧路灯26盏；树植绿化，共栽种美国红枫175颗，一年四季展现不同景，放置树箱20个，栽种草皮约200平方米；环境整齐化，成立了专职集镇管理队伍，对乱停乱放、乱搭乱建、乱贴乱画进行了集中管理，对强弱电进行了下埋和规束分类处理，对广告店招进行了规范，确保集镇干净整洁，规范清爽。打造了“三场两院一中心”，三场即：新建了1700平方米农贸市场一个；新增停车场一个，停车位约150个；在原有西河戏文化广场基础上新建自然村文化广场1个，可容纳近100人活动。两院：新建2880平方米养老院一个，有床位58个；新建近2000平方米卫生院一个。一中心即新建460平方米便民服务中心。项目完工后，全面地提升了蛟塘集镇品质和功能，为创建戏曲文化名镇，打造区域商贸重镇打下了坚实的基础。</span></p><section 2px;">蛟塘镇稻虾产业园位于蛟塘镇南海堰，项目将原镇精养鱼池退养还田800亩、反水坝土地整改500亩，打造1300余亩的稻虾混养核心示范区。通过建立核心示范区带动周边区域的生态循环种、养殖业高质量发展，实现无污染、效益高的现代化种、养殖相结合的新型农业产业发展模式。打造集优质水稻种植、龙虾养殖、加工、销售、龙虾垂钓、游览观光为一体的稻虾主题现代农业示范片区，助力乡村振兴。主要建设内容包括：建设1300亩的标准化稻虾混养核心示范区；整治沟渠、排供水管道、防逃设施、道路提升等；建设休闲观光、垂钓龙虾设施；选稻种培秧苗、水渠、水沟培育水草；选购优质虾苗。因暂未到稻虾种养季节，为发挥耕地最大价值，目前在已整治的耕地种植油菜700余亩。项目建成后将实现“一地两种，一水两用，一田双收”，减少耕地面源污染，改善龙溪湖水质；带动周边群众就业，增收。该项目总投资1070万，一期投资220万，已完成园区基础设施建设和冬种油菜。</span><span
