0);"><strong>三是跟踪问效，防患未然。</strong></span>按照“谁调处、谁负责”的原则，对当日未化解的矛盾纠纷置顶为第二天的重点，督促民警尽快处理，不断减少矛盾纠纷存量；对已化解的矛盾纠纷及时进行回访，耐心倾听群众对调查过程、办理结果、执法态度、工作效率等方面的意见，在回访中进一步巩固成效；对于调解协议未履行的，认真倾听合理诉求及意见建议，督促落实调解协议，并对回访中发现的不稳定因素及时采取措</span><span
