border-box;">强化主动救助意识，对统一业务系统近3年来已办案件进行全面排查，经初步审查，认为符合救助条件的，积极联系被害人或其近亲属申请救助，做到不漏一案、不少一人。如，该院办理的一起国家司法救助案，被救助人洛丽（化名）因案损失六十多万。控申部门在排查该案时了解到，洛丽系某服装厂厂长，此前其服装厂受疫情影响导致几百万的货物压存，工厂资金本就紧张，此次又因案损失达六十多万且未获赔偿，其服装厂面临破产，生活也陷入困境。得知这一情况后，控申部门主动联系洛丽，告知其可向该院申请司法救助。洛丽提出救助申请后，该院迅速启动司法救助程序，及时向其发放救助金，尽量弥补了其损失，为其解决了燃眉之急。</p></section><section
