text-indent: 2.0714em; line-height: 2em;"><strong>柔性司法的圆桌法庭。</strong>利用家事审判庭（圆桌法庭）开展家事调解、心理辅导等审判延伸工作，案涉未成年人时坚持柔性司法，给涉案未成年身心健康提供一个相对放松、隐蔽的化解场所，将涉及未成年人的刑事、民事和行政非诉案件统一归口由少年法庭审理，切实实现“三审合一”。截止目前，庐山市法院共利用圆桌法庭审理涉未成年人民事、刑事案件10件15人。</p><p style="text-align:justify;color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-size: 14px; text-shadow: none; letter-spacing: 0.5px; text-indent: 2.0714em; line-height: 2em;"><strong>延伸“庭后帮扶帮教”</strong>，建立帮教档案，严格实行档案保密、封存制度，档案内容包括案件情况调查分析、判决书、帮教回访等情况；制定符合未成年被告人、被害人身心特点的调查问卷，定期对未成年被告人、被害人行为表现进行研判评估，确定帮教帮扶方向、内容和措施，从而使帮教帮扶工作有的放矢，富有成效。庐山市法院综合运用司法救助、保险救助、民间救助等救助手段，为一起交通肇事罪案件的未成年被害人熊某某救助7.4万余元。依托审结的涉侵害未成年人案件，向教育部门发出司法建议2份。</p><section class="Elite编辑器" data-tools="Elite编辑器" data-id="120067"><section style="margin: 10px auto; font-size: 14px; text-shadow: none; letter-spacing: 0.5px; text-indent: 2.0714em; line-height: 2em;"><strong>“走出去”，治理塑造护航成长的“守望者”。</strong>关口前移，强化教育。围绕《未成年人保护法》、《家庭教育促进法》、《民法典》宣讲等主题，依托特殊节日节点，今年向未成年人进行法制宣传教育现场宣传活动4次。线上线下相结合普法宣教，微信公众号开设未成年人防性侵法律微课堂、转载未成年人权益司法保护典型案例，发表微信宣传文章20余篇。送法进校园，充分发挥法治副校长作用，由院长带头担任法治副校长，共计选任七名政治素质好、业务能力强、热心教育事业的资深法官担任辖区学校法治副校长，组织开展法治副校长聘任仪式、法治副校长讲法治课等活动，确保法治副校长实质化履职尽责。今年已开展进校园专题法治讲课10次。</p><p style="text-align:justify;color: rgb(51, 51, 51);
